The second circuit (where she was convicted) has already ruled on her appeal. It's now going to the Supreme Court. Which is the same Supreme Court no matter what state she's in.

She appealed based upon a FL court ruling in the original Epstein case that any co-conspirators would be immune from prosecution. Her appeal was rejected and it’s unlikely the SC will hear this case. Epstein early conviction was an atrocity. You can thank Acosta for this.
