What is his reasoning on this? If illegal in California with citizens participation it cant possibly be legal in Texas with no citizen input.

I know we have to keep asking this but we should probably recognize that republicans are malicious and using the federal government with specific intention to hurt us. We should not assume they are good people because they are not good people. His reason is to punish democrats.

We should also recognize that the DNC got us here as well.. and they aren't your/my friend. They care more for the elite donors than their voters. And until they become a true opposition party; this doesn't go away! Bernie and Jesse were right!
