I don't think he can send his troops to another country to "control" crime unless he is either asked to or declares war on that country....and that has to pass thru the Senate first..... I think!

The Senate approves everything 45 wants. Remember governors are supposed to give order to the national guard. But here we are. The national guard deployed in key cities to fight crime.

Ah if only 45 care about or followed laws or treaties… He can’t. Mexico told him to respect their sovereignty. It would likely be interpreted as an act of war. He does care. In all aspects of his life he believes in taking things he wants by force.
