Do you know if places like Hannaford get their fish directly from fisher-people on Portland's waterfront? I know of one operation that sends a lot of stuff to Japan.

Good Q. I would be shocked if a chain that big here got local fish for sushi. I’d love to be proven wrong. Even like Whole Foods doesn’t as far as I know.
