It was the "you'll forgive me", why say that? Right there, you are kneeling needlessly, stand and say your piece and ask for nothing but truth. Sore point for me, I admit. :)

I wish I could always be nice, but sadly, sometimes to win the good fight you need to be the junkyard dog. I don't get personal, but I get nasty about their reality, like the church they belong to, how they are raising their children, the photo of an abused woman in their face. NEVER VIOLENCE!!!
