IMHO: Israel has no right to defend itself while it occupies and colonises. Self-defence cannot be claimed by an apartheid regime enforcing ethnic supremacy. Zionism is not self-determination, it is settler colonialism born in massacre, sustained by siege and genocide, and legitimised by lies.
The two-state solution is a corpse. The Zionist state must be dismantled and replaced by a single secular democracy with full right of return. All who enabled the project: IDF soldiers, settlers, propagandists and politicians must be prosecuted.
But not only them. Foreign enablers too: US and Germany arms dealers, state officials, media outlets and diplomats who armed, financed, and covered for genocide must face trial. Justice means no immunity for colonial collaborators, no matter where they sit.
