I'm back in my room, not massively later than last night. I'm not as generally knackered but I've definitely had enough booze. Shocking how my tolerance has dropped since transition.

Just think of all that extra estrogen from the hops though. I don’t think a lot of cis men, who drink beer actually know about estrogen from hops is the reason they get man boobs 🤷🏻♀️
