Intrigued & terrified to see how they drive productivity with fewer leaders and no money. The last few years has been all about 'make do and mend' leading to some really dodgy choices in healthcare to cut costs. And the public's antipathy to clinicians makes it hard to want to 'do more with less'.

Love this. Younger patients basically asking "What's a letter?" and being told that it's like a text but much longer and takes about three weeks to get sent out to you, and you can't reply to it except by using the talky app on your phone.
