The hat doesn’t hide the pupils either. His eyes have been strange. So I went to videos zoomed in. His pupils were huge. Explains that red hat all the time. Hoping the brim hides his eyes imo.

Oh you’re right. More than a CHF Diagnose. My dad had that. You can s e it on trump. And often use of iv. He was getting them presteal during the election. If I recall it wasn’t advised to do the liquid lasix daily like it appears. Sometimes they’d put a cream on his chest too for dire when at ER.
