I mean, this was true in the 2000 Bush v Gore decision. And Citizens United. And Shelby County. It’s been a long obvious road where the Republican Supreme Court majority rules in favor of the Republican position on important cases involving political power
And the fact that we had a noted segregationist (William Rehnquist) as our Chief Justice as recently as 2005 just shows the Supreme Court has been cooked since the Earl Warren court So...basically since 1969
