I remember reading a facecious take about the likely reaction of the first 'westerner' used to 'normal' camels seeing dromedary the first time. "TWO humps! I'm seeing double! Gimme another few drinks! and I'll have cargo sorted by tonight!" Wish I could remember where it was from.
I just tried to find it & came across a French clip that said Dromadaire camel urine was used as medicine for its anti-cancer, anti-microbial & anti-inflammatory properties. 🤷🏼♀️
IIRC mare urine was used at one point for washing wounds. The things people do (mind you, it was probably more sterile than the average creek-water in an emergency)
