Unless it can be proven that there was fraud in the way he received citizenship, it cannot be revoked unless he gives up his citizenship, which takes up to 12 months and costs $100.

No his mother was born in Regina so he got it through her when he came to Canada to go to school but just like US he quit school. He ended up at a farm in southern Saskatchewan for awhile til he went to US.
