Here's how I'd handle it: 1. Accept the gift, remove all the gold crap and donate it to Trump, who seems to like that sort of thing. 2. Gut the interior and convert it to cargo configuration (much cheaper than upgrading to Air Force 1 specs). 3. Use the plane to transport weapons to Ukraine.
