You’re right...Pakistan is a real concern. But that’s exactly why you don’t let new nuclear threats pop up. We can’t control every regime...but we can control who we allow to cross the line. One problem is bad enough...we don’t need to add another.

You just said something very interesting Jack. ... Control It's always about that right? The visceral need to control and possess, the increasing Fear of loosing that control, spying governments, making up unnecessary coups, control everywhere and everyone, except our own loose administrations.
