And get the detainee's names! In Spanish: ¿Cómo te llamas? is "What is your name?" Pronounced: Coh-moh tay yah-mahs We do not know the identities of everyone kidnapped, nor do we know where they have ended up. We do know that ICE detainees are winding up dead, injured, beaten, etc.

Make it a state criminal offense for any person to detain anyone in the state without first: Stating their full legal name Showing their official identification Removing any face covering including scarfs, masks, balaclavas, glasses, & shields Providing a body cam recording of the whole timeline.

Date, ti e, and Even if you just get a picture of a badge...shows what agency the kidnappers are with. You need to know who to FOIA. Most Federal Agents badges don't have numbers on the front.

I'd also consider calling 911. All calls are recorded. Makes a record including date and time, and if done frequently enough, can put pressure on local LE. This is especially true given the recent reports of people impersonating ICE. Make the cops come out to the scene.

Pictures also show Agents wearing body worn cameras. The video is auto uploaded as soon as the cameras are docked after every op. So if you know HSI detained you for a moment at a certain date and time you should be able to get the footage with a FOIA request. Assuming they don't disappear you.
