The original First Amendment was a requirement that each House member could have no more than 10,000 constituents. It was never ratified. If it was in force today the House would have over 6,000 members, if I remember right.

First gerrymander the hell out of Blue States, then when you have power you raise the national minimum wage to match and recoupling inflation, next set an 85% tax rate for the 1%, then eliminate religion from tax exemption. We don't just defeat GOP elites, we spend the next 20 kicking their balls.

California's redistricting process is more complicated than Texas because we operate on democratic principles. Typically petitions have to be circulated and propositions need to be drawn up and voted on by the entire state, but there may be workarounds.
