You aren't required to be a lawyer to be on SCOTUS. It's not one of the requirements in the Constitution so being disbarred wouldn't necessarily end things for him. Since SCOTUS doesn't have enforceable corruption rules that's a no go. We must take House & Senate and impeach SCOTUS.
