2/3 He came from the Naval Academy, was a junior officer...and was one of the Class Officers for BUD/S Class 203. (Another was, Jeffrey Eggers, who, after a stellar career as a SEAL, served Obama as the National Security Council's senior director for Afghanistan and Pakistan for four years.)
3/3 Rear Admiral Sands is one of the finest individuals I've ever met, and had served his country honorably, and in the most harrowing conditions imaginable. He received two Bronze heroic acts while engaging the enemy in Afghanistan. Pete Hegeth is a pretender. Milton Sands is a f*cking warrior.
