Biden was a great president, the best in my lifetime. But as soon as someone comes up with crazy conspiracy theories (probably from the Kremlin), you are ready to throw him under the bus. Not me. Garland & Jack Smith tried their best, the Supreme Court is to blame for creating this mess.
Biden had ONE JOB: Protect America from the insurrectionist who just tried to sack the Capitol to install himself in power. He completely failed. He was as egotistical as Trump in his own way, sure that he could magically restore normalcy and refusing to accept it when he started to decline.

Biden warned us many times. All we had to do is vote. People did not vote. Democrats did not show up. The supreme court and the judge in Florida protected Trump. That's not Biden's fault. Wow! It's like the Kremlin is trying to smear a great president, and you guys are helping!!!
The system was not designed to respond to an insurrection by letting the insurrectionist run for office again and putting it to the voters. That was a catastrophically stupid and unethical choice by Biden, ignoring the law and all historical precedent from everywhere else in the world.
The Kremlin probably loved Biden. He wouldn't let Ukraine attack within Russia, didn't give them enough to win the war, and did nothing at all to stop Putin's American puppet, who had staged an insurrection and in any rational country would have been rounded up on January 20th as Biden's first act.

Actually, examining the mistakes that led to this situation is very important for getting out of it. Thinking that the way you solve a problem is to ignore the past, consider today the first day ever, and move on, is part of what got us here.
Trump was impeached right after the insurrection. Mcconell was senate majority leader & voted no on impeachment, republicans voted no instead of doing their job, they chickened out. You cannot blame Biden on that. It was catastrophically stupid and unethical choice BY THE MAJORITY REPUBLICAN SENATE
Yeah, choosing to let the people who had participated in the insurrection handle the impeachment was another stupid choice. This wasn't just another high crime and misdemeanor like all the other ones Pelosi looked the other way on. This was insurrection. A disqualifying crime on its own.

The judge in Florida Aileen Cannon, appointed by Trump, helped stall and even dismissed the case. Jack Smith appealed but then trump was elected president so the appeal was withdrawn. Blame Cannon and corrupt judges like her. Not Biden.
The only error in the documents case was filling it anywhere near Aileen Cannon. There isn't a lawyer in earth getting a conviction there.
