It’s bad if my Utah Zip Code is one of the fastest growing economies in the US, yet there is dysfunctional stuff going on with 30% higher housing yet 2% lower per capita income, layoffs in hospitality from declining national park tourism and homeless being bussed to Las Vegas. We’re in big trouble.
