SSRI's increase the amount of serotonin in your system to stabilise mood and decrease symptoms of affective disorders like Major Depressive Disorder. SNRI's decrease the amount of norepinephrine in the brain (increasing serotonin) and reduce anxiety. Know what else does that? Foods like turkey 🙄
