Privatization is a false marketing tool. The government always pays more a lot more. They take no oath to the country and have only dollars as their corporate goal. The end cost is always higher and usually much higher. Just remember, figures can’t lie but lists can figure
I got into an argument with my family about this. I tried explaining to them that the government does often spend more money but that's because they want to the project to succeed: private sector just wants the best profit margin. Success is completely relative to that.
Neither system needs to suck. The problem is corruption affects both. Although with the private sector we like to pretend that it's just what capitalism is like. Truth is in the end with every system the rich and the powerful blend together and oppress the rest. That's a fallen society.
