Keep in mind that the despot is NOT a Republican. He's a member of his own Party, MAGA. While it may be a departure from the Republican platform, it's in lock-step with the MAGA platform.

Agreed. But the Republican Party exists in name only. They have lost their focus, their platform, and their ability to function as a political party. They operate as a cartel whose only purpose is to kowtow to an evil despot while abandoning their constituents.
