They (crypto) can... ...but the problem is in who is in control of that being a possibility UBI is a given as long as the wealthy see a need for it (ie their bank balance) But if billionaires find they can create wealth without the middle class? Then UBI won't be universal
Billionaires want people having babies only because their increasing wealth is reliant on a growing consumer base But what if growth of wealth didn't need consumers, just a wealth generator based on scarcity controlled by the wealthy Crypto is a double edged sword And I don't trust billionaires
You're confusing money and wealth. Money is an intermediate in the exchange process. Wealth is usable energy. We can build our own currency systems, and bake UBI into it. And we have usable energy all around us.
I'm treating them the same way, because in the end, both are controlled by those in power I'm a big believer in UBI I am not so confident in the system being as supportive, at least insofar as America is concerned I'm more hopeful of European countries pursuing it &hoping it extends outwards
