Mine quietly dropped the pilot for using it to write patient communications - I think they’re still looking at maybe using AI transcription for doctor’s notes though.

yeah one of the fringe benefits of being part of a slow-moving public hospital system is that by the time anyone’s able to start implementing something overhyped, the hype has moved on and people generally figure out it sucks.
