Maybe. I tend to think you are already there. Some states might be able to escape it by becoming independent but Texas and Mississippi, etc are already ruled by a dictator by proxy. Wanting to arrest lawmakers and having them flee the state? Being given impunity by the SC? The fed dems are helpless
