Actually, he has CHF. It is end-stage. That's why he's swollen everywhere and bc he's turning waxy from the kidney failure, his bronzer and stage make-up aren't hiding what it used to. If they stopped the iv diuretics it would be hours and he would collapse and they wouldn't get him back. Then Vance
