Are manufacturers the ones pushing for this? It's another multi billion dollar class action suit waiting in the wings. They make so much they don't care Some of the chemical companies manufacturing trichloroethylene (TCE), include Westlake, PPG Industries, DOW Chemical, and AGC Chemicals.
