dude, they have already done this. daughter just got her bs in biochem, the next step was to enroll in a us biochemistry phd program. they're almost all gone as biochemistry phd's require research projects, and most of those were funded by nih, cdc, usaid. no more.

Of course, most international students have already written off the US in favor of the U.K., Canada, Australia, continental Europe (many German, French, Italian and Dutch universities already have English-language programs).

My god, these students have come to the US LEGALLY to get an education and they pay a lot more for their tuition than the American students do just to attend this University. This mentally unstable man wants to now harass these students. Leaders around the world need to speak out on this!
