Considering that Jeff Bezos ownes and controls The Washington Post now, this is not surprising. Turning away from Bezos’ business endeavors is the best thing most of us can do. Boycotting by wallet is very effective in the marketplace, and in journalism.

I only wish I could cancel my subscription again.

Bezos (along with Stephen Miller) is part of the rogue's gallery of bald Bond villains: greedy, nihilistic & utterly reprehensible.

Free speech is no longer free, extremely costly as one's livelihood.It wasn't stolen in most cases but willingly given up out of fear, caving, not fighting but laying flat to be run over by the fascists who've been handed the reins for more money and no will to support the Constitution or good guys.

And this is exactly why every subscriber to WAPO should cancel their subscription. Making Bezos richer is not conducive to the success of the paper. Maybe he should sell the paper to someone who believes in the First Amendment and freedom of the press.
