Longtime insomniac; I use podcasts, audiobooks, and, if I really can't sleep, MASH. Just don't do anything too interesting or too banal, either one and my brain wins the fight against sleep.

The amount of times I thought I found the perfect thing, then suddenly the light is peaking through the curtains and I'm still trying to finish the last chapter/episode/etc.
