Interesting. That’s pretty damning of the rest of the bay because that area is not particularly dense. Still mostly SFH (small ones but still!) and big plots of non-residential

A huge chunk of those smaller buildings are duplexes or triplexes, and some of the buildings along El Camino are actually pretty big - a handful are something like 12 stories!

Those lots look single family in the front but most have several apartments and ADUs behind them. Very dense lots. Also, there’s mostly large apartment buildings between the Caltrain tracks and El Camino Real
