Green Dragons are also Lawful Evil but they're both literally toxic, poison breath and all, and figuratively toxic with their desire to corrupt and mind control people for their own amusement (But hey maybe that's your kink!)
Green dragons are way hotter in design, but even with some kind of immunity magic they probably have the second-worst stink around them.

Correct, but expect him to negotiate the draft of it and turn it into a thousand pages with tiny clauses that allow toxic behavior that you have no chance of reading. Lawful Evil is still Evil after all.
A contract must he written in a language or matter by which both parties can fully understand and agree to it knowingly or else it is null and void. As long as you're literally enough of a lawyer about it, you could probably get a deal that lets you live
