Something else that probably doesn’t help is that a lot of folks would lose their job if they are arrested. That means they lose their healthcare and likely their housing as well. It’ll get bad enough that they’ll risk it eventually but I fear it will be too late by then
Exactly. 60+% of you are apparently against this. You need to start somewhere. Delaying the inevitable is more harmful than the short term potential consequences. Hell, my American husband would even cross the line to participate in shutting down the country. Get on it 🇺🇸 cousins!
I agree 100%. Short pain, quicker heal. I’m a caregiver at a nonprofit - if I don’t go to work, my clients suffer. But have been advocating, protesting, and unfortunately planning for various terrible possibilities. I’m also queer so expect to be next after they’re done with people who aren’t white
Correct. My hubs is fearful to go across the line to visit family as he is not white. It is not safe. Funny thing is, it is more his country than the white folks (Native American). Fear all around & 🇺🇸's need to realize just how dangerous this is not only for them, but the globe.
