Reagan has a lot to answer to history for. But even more so does Newton Leroy Gingrich. His "my way or the highway" school of governance is what got us started down this road.

Reagan does not get NEAR enough smoke for his Beijing accord. Which ended all of the double taxation on foreign businesses that sent factories overseas in the first place. And we've spent the last 40 years now trying to unfuck that chicken.
