Kiki and Mononoke were the first two I had seen as a kid!! Arrietty is gorgeous. I know it gets pushed down on top 5 lists and such, but itβs so cozy and intricate. Gives cottagecore.
The vibes are immaculate in Arrietty! I love me some cottagecore, and youβre absolutely right, thatβs exactly what itβs giving. Mononoke just had an amazing story with such a good message attached to it. Also the ex-brothel girls are everything in that movie π
