Bribery infers that they are being induced by money to do something that they normally wouldn't. These state reps were already going to leave the state to prevent a quorum. Where's the inducement?

If they bring it to a court of law, yes. Otherwise, this is just posturing, and the Dems should keep doing what they are doing, preventing a quorum.
