No argument, but I still believe that part of it that they are trying to game the market. The institutional investors are always working some derivative, short-sell or other financial vehicle to make that incremental gain.

It's because the investor class, like most republican functionaries, are all about greed and power. And the news media (at least for the last 40 years) has been all about access to those with wealth and power.

Well put. These inaccurate narratives still have most Americans believing republicans are better for the economy, when empirically they are not.
