I quite liked it, but Liebrand was always from the “let’s throw more stuff in” school of remixing. You couldn’t call his stuff “stripped back”. (I listened to his mix of INXS’s Need You Tonight the other day, out of curiosity; my goodness, it’s busy.)

I always felt he was one of the least talented remixers for this very reason. I find that mix of Need You Tonight unlistenable.
