Sometimes I wish I lived in the country that about 80% of Canadians think we do. I wish I had never seen behind the curtain. Canada 🇨🇦 is becoming a very ugly place and the ignorance about that is mind bending.

I thought that we (non-Indigenous and mostly European Canadians)had a great chance to turn things around with the Truth and Reconciliation Commission report but it didn't really happen. There needs to be a fundamental shift.

I had the privilege of meeting Anti Racist Action in 90s and I learned a lot about how Canada failed to live up to its promises. The system is working as designed, to benefit those in power.
