I am no expert and know little in the vastness of knowledge out there. I won't agree with all his policies for certain. But given our choices for Prime Minister, Carney is THE MAN. And yes, he is also The Man. He is all business. I have managed small projects. We need an expert for big ones.

Your continual use of “the man” makes me think this debate would be of little interest to me. Not to mention that his legislative agenda harms Canadians or that putting an oil executive in charge of national projects with no accountability or experience outside of energy is disastrous.

I am not generally in favour of "the man" myself for many reasons. I don't actually have the knowledge to know if this or that project is beneficial overall either. But - there are def hoops to jump through. If a project gets the green light, I wouldn't want an amateur in charge. That's all.
