No it really isn't. my brother in law had to have half a foot amputated - diabetes. And he died on the operating table for heart condition.

My mother had diabetes and a gangrene foot, which was spreading up her leg. The leg had to be amputated from right below the knee, but she died 10 days after the surgery anyway. The diabetes was just too far gone. As for Trump... I know I'll burn in hell, but I wouldn't shed a tear.
