Oh yeah, his texting is gibberish as usual. I'm just noticing a pattern here, that introducing popular vote - a pretty widely supporting idea that trump seems to push here -also opens the door to other changes, after a convention is called to eliminate the EC and adopt PV.

Unless he had errored & it typed incorrectly… I can only assume he is planting the seed that citizen voting would stop (he’d falsely blame Dems) and their “fix” would be loyal electorates that would choose him.
