He is an idiot! Work visa does not give the driver the CDL COMMERCIAL DRIVRRS LICENSE REQUIRED TO DRIVE THE TRUCKS! No matter what your citizenship. Nonetheless, the trucking industry is over extended. There will be no shortage as long as cargo is coming in.
