Toast with honey and cottage cheese and a sprinkle of cinnamon on top. Can add peanut butter or a banana too
oooh yummo ! x
Huel Black R2D ✌️ For the girlie who forgets breakfasts are a thing until she's halfway out the door... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
thank you for understanding the assignment 🙏 what is it. is it milk. does it come in not milk.
It's vegan! A nutritionally complete, high protein "Ready to Drink" meal — basically my life saver: uk.huel.com/products/hue... Seems to ship to everywhere (incl NZ) but not Aus tho? 🤔 But a quick google found some powder alternatives: qota.com.au/blogs/news/q... vybey.com.au/pages/vybey-...
thank you my darling xoxoxo
ily and want your butthole to be happy xx
🥰💩
Huel black is amazing, if you can afford it! Highly recommend. Top tier stuff. I hope you’re able to acquire some, it’s the best solution to “I need nutritious breakfast for vegetarian/vegan breakfast, and I’m not cooking.” I hope to be able to get it again someday. It is THE BEST.
eggs are so good for protein, i love these bc you can batch/pre make them and just shove them in the microwave for zero prep in the morning cafedelites.com/breakfast-eg... TL;DR whisk eggs and bake them in a muffin tray for 15 mins/180°C. you can add any extras you want like bacon/spinach/etc!
i am very bad at meal prep LOL. love an egg, it’s just a bit too much for me to prep in the mornings
not something you could cook the day before and microwave in the morning? 🥺💛
my brain don't work that way !!! but i do need to make something work
good luck and pls share when you find 😭🙏
I do my eggs in a batch when I have time (boil 10 of them for 7 mins, ice bath, shell them, pop them in the fridge) that way I always have peeled eggies ready to go in the fridge. I’ll grab 2 in the morning and won’t be craving lunch until about 2pm, if I have bread I’m hungry by noon. 16g protein
i was on the boiled egg train for a while !! love them with some salt and kewpie !!
Hot sauce is an invigorating start to the day!
i scoop kimchi in my mouth several times a day
L-I-V-I-N
and shittin like a QUEEN
i do 3 scrambled eggs on a bagel, only takes a few minutes and im full after works out to about 32g of protein, which is heaps
if you're not feeling the eggs you can slather on peanut butter and get up to about 18g off that
i have a great microwave poached egg recipe, it’s just a bit hard in the mornings i have work !! peanut butter toast is my go to 😅
Skyr or other high protein yogurts, mix in a bit of cereal/jam for a bit of flavour without too much added calories.
