He was at Guantánamo! He was a civil affairs officer! He's got a Bronze Star w/olc and I found the citation for the 2nd award. It was for re-writing a manual! (TBF the 1st may have been for not getting blown up in a Humvee, but I've not been able to find that citation.)(The RPG bounced off)
