Yes, I can only imagine Russian toleration levels to black faces in their country - never the most tolerant of people. I wonder if those desperate enough to fall for it realise what a target the factories are?

Absolutely. The Russians and Chinese will be viewed with suspicion soo because of this kind of thing. If USAID had not been destroyed, the shift would be much sooner.
