I haven’t been in the South Station concourse since the high rise and related construction, but it is in need of a major redo. It could be more like Moynihan Train Hall and less like one of those aging Mass Pike rest stop food courts.

It was hard to argue for rehab with the tower going up and blocking a lot that needed upgrades, but now we're in a weird space where the outdoor concourse is in better shape than the passenger amenities.
