A state level crime is prosecutable when federal crimes impact states, in addition having a Trump pardon will be like the Scarlet A on your clothing. In addition a pardon cannot be given for a corrupt purpose, which is why giving one to Maxwell puts trump in crosshairs of any AG he doesn't "control"
There is no prohibition for giving a pardon for a corrupt purpose. The vast majority of Trump's pardons have been for corrupt purposes.
As long as we are talking about our country still having a Constitution! No force to uphold the Constitution then no legal accountability! Just Trump, already SCOTUS no longer has its own voice or power!
Pardons dont cover State convictions. π
State level crimes are not pardonable by presidents. ππ½ π
Which is one of the reasons Trump is going after NY Attorney General Letitia James. I fully expect FBI raids on her home and office next.
