Those are available to any EV manufacturer. Anyway, Musk has screwed Tesla globally. Sucking up to Trump isn't going to restore its buyer base in either the States or elsewhere.

Carbon credit only exists due to the government

Carbon credits are a global scheme - though how each country operates them internally in relation to their tax system is their call. But either way, Tesla is screwed. It's core market hates the brand; those who like the style and policies of Musk hate EVs.
